If you wish to order plants from us, but are uncomfortable providing your personal or account information on-line, feel free to call us, fax us, or snail mail the information to us.

We do not use “cookies” (small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive) on any part of our website, other than the shopping cart. The shopping cart system is optimized to make use of cookies. If you have disabled cookies on your browser software, the shopping cart should still work, though it may be slower.

* When you place an order with us
To process and ship your order, we need your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and email address. If you use a credit card to pay for your purchase, we also need your credit card type, number, and expiration date. After your order is processed, this information is stored on a database. You will receive our annual paper catalog for up to 3 years. If you do not wish to receive our catalog or other promotional material, please contact us and we will be happy to remove your name.

* When you pay with a credit card
We require your credit card information at the time your order is placed. However, since there can be a long period of time between when you place an order and when it is shipped, your card will not actually be charged until the order is shipped.

* When you order a catalog
You are automatically placed on our mailing list when you order a catalog. In addition to receiving our catalogs, you may occasionally receive special mailings from us. If you do not wish to receive our catalog or other promotional material, please contact us and we will be happy to remove your name.

Should you contact us via email or otherwise specify that you want us to correspond with you via email, we will. We may store your email address and other personal information you give us to facilitate future communication.

Aitken’s Salmon Creek Garden does not give, sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others, unless required to by law. You will not receive junk mail from third party vendors, nor “spam” (unsolicited email) as a result of using our Website or placing an order with us.
